Dr. Lambert’s research interests include leadership and strategic implementation, church growth paradigms, church history, Biblical and Theological studies, and Adult advisement and Educational leadership.

His current research investigates in today’s culture that there is an ever-growing population of unchurched and de-churched within our local communities, not to mention dysfunctional leaders within the Church. His research attempts to create a healthy quality of life for ministry leaders that transcends into relevant evangelism, empowered discipleship and a church culture that transitions from an antiquated paradigm of ministry to that of empowered leadership that produces cultural relevance and relational discipleship.

He is currently involved in church ministry, leadership consulting, and teaching and developing curriculum for several colleges and universities ranging from Biblical and Theological studies to Church History and Strategic Leadership paradigms in associate through graduate/post graduate programs.

Dr. Lambert teaches a variety of online courses at Valor Christian College ranging from Biblical/Theological studies to courses in Practical Ministry.
