Cunningham Hall

Jude Hall

All students are expected to live on campus unless they are married, are parents of children living at home, are living with a close relative in the Columbus area, or are above 35 years of age.

Off-campus students who are single and have no dependents may share housing with other single students of the same gender who also have no dependents.

Off-campus students are not permitted to rent rooms from members of Valor Christian College – for example, in an unfurnished basement or attic – unless the space rented is a separate dwelling, such as a rental property or unattached garage with living space above. It is illegal to allow anyone to live in the housing unit who is not a party to the lease agreement.

Students in violation of this policy may be dismissed from Valor. Questions regarding this policy should be addressed to the Dean of Students.

All students are expected to treat other tenants in the residence halls or neighbors in the surrounding community with respect, especially regarding music, apartment noise and coming and going to work or school quietly Even in the residence halls students should use iPods or headphones rather than playing music loudly.
